I am writing to notify you that this court, in today’s decision, agreed to declare VOID AND NULLED the capture order dated 14-11-96, along with any other that could exist, against the citizen GUSTAVO ADOLFO GÓMEZ LÓPEZ , holder of the identity card number 4.083.458. All this in light of the sentence dictated by the First Interim Criminal Remand Court for the Temporary Procedural System of the Court of Appeals for this Criminal Judicial Circuit, dated 11-06-2001, in which this citizen was cleared of all charges brought against him by the Attorney General’s office, and following the mandate contained in the ruling made by the Constitutional Branch of the Supreme Court of Justice, dated 12-12-02, related to the BANCO LATINO case, as a consequence, this court, in the date 10-03-2003, has decreed his COMPLETE FREEDOM: all of this in accordance with what is established in articles 479 and 366 of the Organic Code for Criminal Procedures.

We demand your cooperation in conformity with what is established in the articles 5 of the Organic Code for Criminal Procedures and 11 of the Organic Law of the Judicial Branch.
