Debemos aclarar que acorde con la legislación norteamericana, el citado testigo, firmó un pacto judicial con los abogados demandantes en contra de los demandados.

Q. Item number 14, sir, if you would, requests documents, correspondence or other communications relating to or evidencing any alleged fraudulent scheme involving Gustavo Gomez Lopez. I didn’t see any of those in your documents.
A. I don’t know of any.
Q. Are you aware, sir, of any fraudulent scheme involving Gustavo Gomez Lopez as you sit here today?
A. I think in the previous answer, but I can respond to this. Insofar as BLI is concerned, there was no such scheme. Whatever transpired outside BLI I cannot testify to that. Insofar as BLI, no scheme or whatever you call this.
Q. Okay. Fair enough. Just so you know, sir, this case concerns BLI. I’m not asking you for anything outside of what’s alleged in this complaint. So if I understand your answer correctly is that you have no personal knowledge of any fraudulent scheme involving Gustavo Gomez Lopez; is that correct?
A. Not in Banco Latino International.
Q. Well, do you have any personal knowledge of any fraudulent scheme involving Gustavo Gomez Lopez anywhere else?
A. Not to my knowledge.
